We are all on a financial journey. Whether you are beginning a career or marriage, or need accountability, Im excited for you and would love to help you! I am passionate about connecting with and coaching people. The following is a short description of my coaching approach - I call it the "EDGE" approach. Engage - First, we need to get to know each other! We dont just jump right into talking numbers and solving problems. I like to know who you are, who is in your family, what your background is, and what unique living circumstances you have. All of these things help me to coach you in the best way. Dream goals - This step gives us purpose! If we dont aim high and shoot for the stars for something that truly motivates you, this process will be much harder. We talk through what the ultimate goals are, and then some of the intermediate goals to reach them. Game plan - Now that we know WHAT we are shooting for, we need to talk through HOW to get there. We lay out a plan together, brainstorm ideas and ways to decrease debt and expenses and increase income. Most importantly, we are developing skills and habits for you to succeed with money for the rest of your life! Execute - We put the plan into action. Whether we start with establishing a small emergency fund, paying off a mountain of debt, or just finding a way to agree on a budget, we will start seeing results!
