I'm a Dual-Commissioned Notary Public in both Missouri & Kansas. I'm also a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. I've been working locally performing many different types of notarizations. My extreme attention to detail and my Type-A personality have been instrumental in my success. I've notarized Court Documents, Interrogatories, Divorce Papers, Affidavits and Acknowledgements, as well as Immigration paperwork. I've done a lot of Estate Planning work, including notarizing POA's, Wills, HIPPA Authorizations, and Advanced Health Directives. I have notarized Lien Waivers, Seller's Packets, Refi's, many many many Loan Modifications. I've worked with many of the larger companies including FASS, Mr. Cooper, Wells Fargo and Rocket/Quicken Mortgage, amongst others. I've worked with attorneys, medical personnel/medical facilities, companies, and even private individuals. I'm fully mobile and work comfortably in many environments including homes and offices, as well as in hospitals and nursing homes. I take extra care with those who are elderly or ill, even terminal, as caring families are often present. Feel free to reach out to me for anything that comes up.
